For over two decades Maldiviana Group has welcomed travellers to the atolls by sea and by land. Today we operate two of the country's most distinctive vessels, Maldiviana and Ritrella, and are building our first island resort.

Twenty years of Maldivian hospitality.

Maldiviana Group is a Male' based tour operator with roots across tourism and hospitality, logistics and philanthropy. Our teams arrange every part of a stay, from seaplane and speedboat transfers to resort reservations, island excursions and fully private cruises.

Because we own and run our vessels, we control the experience end to end: the crew, the routes, the menus and the moments in between.

Ritrella

The largest cruise hotel registered to operate in the Maldives, sailing since 2017. Ritrella pairs the space of a resort with the freedom of a yacht, ideal for private charters, celebrations, incentive groups and corporate events, as well as dive and surf journeys across North and South Malé, Vaavu and Ari atolls.

Maldiviana

An intimate safari yacht for small groups, families and dive teams, built for unhurried journeys between remote reefs, sandbanks and local islands, with a chef serving Maldivian and international cuisine.

Our first island resort brings everything we have learned at sea onto land: Maldivian craftsmanship, quiet luxury and a deep respect for the reef. Fushidhigga is planned to welcome its first guests in 2027.
